My role as a health coach is to meet with you on a consistent basis to discuss personal concerns, establish goals, and work on achieving significant improvement in any area that you might be struggling with. What sets me apart from other health coaches is that I truly value your value of yourself. My goal is to get you to a place where you can achieve a love and appreciation for yourself which will serve as the foundation of a healthy, fulfilling, positive lifestyle.
Health Coaches offer a unique service as we are able to spend time addressing your needs and concerns. We also realize the importance of multidimensional health, which means there are so many contributing factors that affect how you are feeling. Nutrition is important, but it is not everything. Your mental, social and emotional experiences also play a vital role in your current state of being. Health coaching puts the power in your hands and provides a space for support and guidance from an individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about their clients health.
It is a rare opportunity to be able to speak openly and freely to a person whose main purpose is to listen and guide. Not only will we set goals and work on them together, but I will check in during and between sessions to make sure you are on a path that you are comfortable with and that you are staying mindful of your actions.
