This is not just another website that will tell you about what to eat, what not to eat and how many minutes of intense exercise you should be getting in every day. There are way too many of those!
My approach is different.
I am here to tell you that you are trying, and that is amazing.
My goal is to help my clients by building a foundation of self-love that will support new habits and routines.
I want you to know that small changes have a huge impact and if something works for one person,
that doesn’t mean it will work for you.
It is also important to remember that every aspect of your life affects every other aspect of your life, and changing things like eating habits and exercise is only part of the battle. Other areas of health, like social, mental, emotional and spiritual, play a role in how you are functioning and feeling overall.
I have also found that SELF-love, appreciation and compassion are key
to making meaningful changes in your life.
As a Health Coach, I am devoted to guiding my client's throughout their journey while sharing my own tips along the way. For example, I do not enjoy exercising or cooking! But I have discovered ways to incorporate them that fit my lifestyle. For example, I love natural movement exercises and nature walks and discovered that exercise doesn’t have to be work! My approach to helping my clients begins with a complementary consultation, followed by a one-on-one coaching program. One on one coaching allows me to spend time with you, develop a personal plan that is right for you and keep you accountable through follow up sessions.
